Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing Magmaro in any way — including creating an account, browsing listings, purchasing a resource, publishing content, participating in reviews or discussions, using messaging or notification tools, buying promotional placements, or simply navigating any page on the platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies published by Magmaro, including the Creator Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Magmaro. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any capacity.

Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Magmaro account, purchase resources, publish listings, participate in promotional systems or access any authenticated feature of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If Magmaro reasonably believes that an account belongs to a user under 18, or that false information was provided during registration, that account may be suspended, restricted or permanently removed without prior notice. Any purchases, promotional credits or creator revenue tied to an ineligible account may be withheld or reversed.

Where a parent or legal guardian operates an account on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for all activity and transactions conducted through that account. However, Magmaro strongly recommends that minors not be given unsupervised access to creator tools, payment systems or messaging features.

Platform Nature and Scope

Magmaro is a digital marketplace and creator operations platform. The platform facilitates the publishing, discovery, purchase and delivery of digital resources, tools and services, with a particular focus on the Minecraft and Hytale ecosystems. The platform includes public listings, creator profiles, version-controlled download systems, buyer libraries, reviews, discussions, profile posts, private messaging, notifications, promotional tools, advertising slots, discount systems, creator dashboards and related account infrastructure.

Magmaro acts as an intermediary between creators and buyers. Magmaro does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, fitness for purpose or legality of any creator-published product. Buyers acknowledge that purchasing a resource from Magmaro is a transaction with the creator, mediated by the platform, and that commercial responsibility for product delivery and described functionality rests with the creator.

Magmaro reserves the right to add, remove, restrict, redesign or discontinue any feature, tool, service, integration or commercial mechanism at any time, with or without prior notice, where necessary for product development, security, moderation, legal compliance or commercial sustainability.

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during account registration and for keeping your profile information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not that activity was authorized by you.

You agree to notify Magmaro immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account, a breach of your credentials or any other security incident affecting your account. Magmaro will not be held liable for losses or damages caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of ban evasion, abuse, duplicate identity, manipulation of ratings, fraudulent purchase activity, promotional manipulation, spam distribution or any other conduct that undermines marketplace trust or platform integrity. Accounts linked to such activity may be terminated, and related accounts may also be actioned.

Prohibited Uses (General)

You agree not to use Magmaro, or any of its features, to engage in or facilitate any of the following:

• Fraud, deception, misrepresentation or impersonation
• Harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior or targeted abuse of any person
• Distribution of malware, viruses, exploit code or any other software designed to cause harm
• Piracy, rights theft, unauthorized redistribution or resale of third-party intellectual property
• Circumvention of platform security, access controls, licensing restrictions or enforcement systems
• Any illegal activity under the laws applicable to you or the users you interact with
• Any conduct intended to harm, compromise or manipulate the platform or other users

This applies across all platform surfaces including listings, descriptions, profile pages, posts, discussions, reviews, direct messages, uploaded files, metadata, promotional content, commercial tooling and any other interaction with the platform.

Changes to These Terms

Magmaro may update these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made, Magmaro will make reasonable efforts to communicate them through the platform, such as via in-app notifications or updated documentation. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you disagree with an update, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Creator Responsibility for Listings

Creators are solely and fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and quality of any content they publish on Magmaro. Any product page must not materially misrepresent the product it describes. Misrepresentation includes, but is not limited to, false or misleading claims about:

• Product scope, functionality or intended use case
• Compatibility with games, software versions, platforms or hardware
• Supported languages, documented features or configuration options
• Whether source code is included or obfuscated
• DRM behavior, licensing limits or access restrictions
• File contents, asset types or bundled third-party material
• Update frequency, maintenance status or creator support availability

If a buyer purchases a resource based on a published description and that description proves materially false, the creator is responsible. Magmaro may take action against the listing, the creator's commercial access or the account as a whole.

Uploaded Files and Resource Delivery

Creators may upload product packages, versioned release files, icons, cover images and other listing assets through Magmaro's creator tools. All uploaded content must be directly relevant to the listing it represents, must be safe for end users to download and install, and must not contain any of the following:

• Malware, viruses, exploit code, trojans, ransomware, rootkits or any software designed to cause harm
• Spyware, telemetry, unauthorized data collection or network communication hidden from buyers
• Code that executes unexpected or undisclosed behavior on a buyer's system
• Files whose contents contradict or are unrelated to the published listing
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party
• Adult content, shock content, graphic violence or any material prohibited elsewhere in these terms

Magmaro may scan, restrict, reject, quarantine or remove uploaded content where needed for security, moderation, rights compliance or platform integrity. The delivery of purchased content occurs through buyer libraries and platform-controlled access systems. Access may be suspended where fraud, refund activity, rights disputes or policy breaches are identified.

Intellectual Property and Rights Ownership

You may not publish, sell, repackage or distribute any content through Magmaro unless you have the legal rights to do so. This requirement applies to all elements of a listing, including source code, compiled outputs, configuration files, assets, models, textures, artwork, audio, icons, promotional images, documentation and any bundled third-party material.

By publishing content on Magmaro, you confirm that you own or hold sufficient rights to all elements of that content and that no part of your listing requires authorization from a third party that you have not already obtained. If your product relies on or incorporates third-party libraries, frameworks or assets, you confirm that you are complying with their respective licensing terms.

Magmaro respects the intellectual property rights of all parties. If Magmaro receives a credible report that a listing violates the rights of another person or organization, it may remove or restrict the listing, suspend associated creator features and request proof of authorization before restoring access. Repeat infringers may have their creator access permanently revoked.

Content Standards for Listings

All listing content must meet the general standards of the platform. Regardless of the product type, listing descriptions, icons, cover images, screenshots and any associated media must not contain:

• Adult, sexual or explicit content of any kind
• Graphic violence, gore or disturbing imagery
• Hate symbols, discriminatory language or content targeting individuals or groups
• Fraudulent claims, fabricated reviews or misleading endorsements
• Spam, keyword stuffing or content designed to manipulate search or visibility systems

Listings that violate these standards may be removed at any time, with or without prior notice to the creator.

Purchases, Checkout and Buyer Access

Magmaro may offer direct purchases, cart-based checkout, promotional discounts, coupon codes, subscription features or other purchase flows. When a purchase is successfully completed through the platform, buyers receive access to the relevant resource at the level described by the listing. This access is granted on the terms the creator published at the time of purchase.

A completed purchase does not transfer ownership of the creator's intellectual property. It grants the buyer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the resource as described. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or commercial reuse of purchased content is prohibited unless explicitly stated by the creator's listing terms.

Magmaro may cancel, restrict or reverse buyer access where a payment fails, is reversed, is flagged as fraudulent, is subject to a dispute or is associated with misuse of platform systems. In such cases, Magmaro will use reasonable efforts to notify the affected user.

Pricing and Currency

Prices displayed on Magmaro are set by creators and are subject to change at any time. Displayed prices may be shown in a currency different from the buyer's local currency. Exchange rates, conversion fees and local taxes may apply depending on the buyer's location and payment method. Magmaro is not responsible for currency conversion differences or fees charged by the buyer's financial institution or payment provider.

Magmaro may display a currency conversion notice during checkout when a significant difference exists between the listing currency and the buyer's account currency. This notice does not constitute a guarantee of any specific conversion rate.

Offers, Coupons and Promotional Systems

Magmaro may allow creators or administrators to use promotional systems including limited-time offers, percentage discounts, coupon codes, featured placement slots and advertising campaigns. Access to these systems may be subject to platform rules, technical restrictions, approval requirements, cooldown periods or commercial policies that may change over time.

No promotion, featured placement, ad campaign, coupon distribution or discount system guarantees any measurable commercial outcome, including traffic, visibility, impressions, conversion rate or revenue. Promotional systems may be limited, modified, suspended or removed at Magmaro's discretion without compensation.

Coupon codes and discounts may be subject to restrictions, including expiry dates, per-user usage limits, minimum order values, product exclusions or regional restrictions. Codes that have expired or are otherwise invalid will not be applied at checkout.

Creator Revenue, Fees and Platform Charges

Magmaro may charge commissions, platform fees, promotional placement costs, subscription charges, transaction processing fees or other commercially-related amounts on creator earnings or platform purchases. The current applicable rates for each fee type are described in the creator documentation and may be updated over time.

Creators are responsible for understanding how fees, commissions, currency conversions, platform charges and promotion costs affect the net value of their commercial activity. Magmaro is not responsible for tax obligations, local reporting requirements or compliance obligations that arise from a creator's commercial activity on the platform. Creators operating commercially are responsible for meeting their own tax and legal obligations.

Payouts are subject to minimum threshold requirements, processing schedules and payment provider terms. Magmaro may withhold, delay or reverse payouts where fraud, policy violations, payment disputes or regulatory requirements apply.

Refunds and Commercial Disputes

Magmaro may review refund requests, listing misrepresentation claims, fraud reports, chargeback activity, abuse reports and commercial complaints on a case-by-case basis. The outcome of any review may include a full or partial refund, access revocation, listing removal, creator revenue adjustment or other platform action depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms guarantees a refund beyond what Magmaro, the payment processor or applicable consumer protection law requires in a specific case. Buyers are encouraged to review listing descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Creators are reminded that misrepresentation of a product may lead to enforced refunds, listing removal and account restrictions.

Chargeback abuse — initiating payment disputes with a financial institution for completed purchases without first seeking resolution through Magmaro — may result in permanent suspension of buyer access and recovery action for associated losses.

Community Standards

Magmaro provides multiple community features including private messages, profile posts, resource discussions, product reviews and public profile activity. All users are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful, lawful and consistent with maintaining a trustworthy and welcoming environment for all participants. The standards below apply to every platform surface where users can produce, share or interact with content.

Hate Speech and Discriminatory Language

Discriminatory language and hate speech are strictly prohibited on Magmaro. This includes any content that insults, degrades, threatens or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is framed as a joke, opinion or creative expression.

Content that promotes, glorifies or normalizes discrimination or prejudice — including coded language, hate symbols, slurs and dog-whistle references — is equally prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation.

Harassment and Targeted Abuse

Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes organizing, participating in, encouraging or facilitating harassment campaigns directed at any individual or group, whether through public posts, reviews, discussions or private messages. Targeted abuse, coordinated dogpiling, sustained negative engagement designed to intimidate or silence a person, and any behavior reasonably experienced as threatening or malicious falls within this prohibition.

Sending repeated unwanted messages, persistently contacting users who have indicated they do not wish to be contacted, and attempting to re-contact users through alternative accounts after being ignored or blocked are all forms of harassment and will result in enforcement action.

Threats and Violence

Any threat of violence, physical harm or intimidation directed at another user, creator, staff member, moderator or any other person is strictly prohibited. This includes direct threats, conditional threats, implied threats and any communication that a reasonable person would interpret as an intention to cause physical or psychological harm.

Content that promotes, glorifies, encourages or incites violence against any person or group — whether through text, images, files or any other format — is also prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited across all Magmaro platform surfaces:

• Adult and sexual content — including explicit imagery, sexualized descriptions and any content of a sexual nature.
• Private information of others — including personal details, home addresses, phone numbers, financial information, identification documents or any other private data shared without consent (doxxing).
• Suicide and self-harm promotion — including content that encourages, glorifies, instructs or normalizes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Graphic violence and gore — including violent imagery, torture, death or physical harm portrayed in a gratuitous manner.
• Animal abuse — including content depicting cruelty to, abuse of or illegal harm to animals.
• Content targeting minors — including any sexualized, exploitative or otherwise harmful content involving children.

Content matching any of the above categories will be removed immediately and the responsible account will face appropriate enforcement, up to and including permanent termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Promotion

Sharing content that infringes the intellectual property rights of other creators, developers, studios or license holders is not permitted. This applies to profile posts, discussion content, uploaded files, listing assets and any other content you publish through the platform.

Public sales, unauthorized promotions or commercial solicitations conducted outside the platform's designated commercial systems — including unsolicited advertisements shared in discussions, profile posts or private messages — are also prohibited. If you wish to promote a product or service, use the platform's official promotional tools.

Malicious Files and Harmful Software

Distributing, linking to or encouraging the download of malicious files — including viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, exploit code, trojans, keyloggers, rootkits or any other software designed to cause harm — is strictly prohibited. This applies to content shared through listings, uploaded resources, profile posts, discussions, direct messages or any other channel on the platform.

Attempting to compromise another user's account, device, system or data through any technical means is a serious violation and may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

Impersonation

Impersonating another user, creator, staff member, moderator or any other person — whether through username, avatar, profile content or behavior — is not permitted. This includes creating accounts that mimic existing users with the intent to deceive, mislead or cause harm. Any attempt to impersonate a Magmaro team member or to falsely claim platform authority is a serious violation.

Impersonation used to bypass enforcement, manipulate other users, extract credentials, distribute false information or conduct any other malicious activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Spam, Flooding and Unsolicited Messaging

Spamming of any kind is prohibited. This includes sending unsolicited messages or advertisements, repeatedly posting identical or near-identical content, flooding discussion threads or comment sections, and excessively mentioning or tagging other users in ways they have not requested.

Excessive messaging behavior — including flooding conversations with rapid successive messages, bombarding a user's inbox, repeatedly sending the same message and sending high-volume unsolicited communications — is not permitted, whether conducted manually or through automated tools.

Automated bulk messaging, bot-driven engagement, scripted review manipulation and any use of automation to interact with other users or platform systems in ways not explicitly authorized is prohibited.

Conduct in Discussions and Public Spaces

Users are expected to communicate in a manner that is readable, considered and respectful of others. Writing entirely in capital letters for extended periods, shouting, aggressive punctuation used to draw disproportionate attention and any behavior designed to dominate or disrupt shared spaces is discouraged and may be subject to moderation where it creates a negative experience for other users.

Discussion areas are shared spaces. Derailing conversations, repeatedly steering discussions off-topic to provoke reactions, posting content solely to irritate others and any behavior that degrades the usefulness of shared forums may result in communication restrictions.

Reviews and Feedback Integrity

Reviews must reflect the genuine experience of the reviewer with the product being reviewed. Review manipulation — including coordinating fake positive reviews, organizing negative review campaigns, offering incentives in exchange for favorable ratings, or using multiple accounts to inflate or suppress a listing's rating — is strictly prohibited.

Reviews and ratings must not be used as a tool for harassment. If you have a legitimate product complaint, raise it through the review system or contact the creator directly. Using reviews to publicly threaten, humiliate or retaliate against a creator is a violation of these terms.

Platform Availability

Magmaro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the marketplace or any particular feature, integration, promotion slot, delivery mechanism or communication system. The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, service degradation, provider interruptions or technical limitations at any time.

Magmaro will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and to communicate planned maintenance in advance, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unexpected outages, third-party service failures or events beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Responsibility

Magmaro provides platform infrastructure, marketplace tooling and access to creator-published products. Creator-generated content, product quality, support responsiveness and update behavior remain the sole responsibility of each creator. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magmaro is not responsible for third-party creator promises, product defects, misconfiguration by buyers, business losses, indirect or consequential losses, or outcomes arising from use of resources outside the platform's direct control.

Reporting and Moderation

Magmaro maintains moderation systems to allow users to report policy violations, harmful content, abusive behavior, fraudulent listings and other breaches of these terms. Reports are reviewed by the Magmaro team and may result in a range of actions depending on the nature, severity and history of the violation.

Submitting a report in good faith is encouraged. Filing false or malicious reports designed to harm another user, suppress legitimate content or abuse the moderation system is itself a violation of these terms and may result in action against the reporting account.

Enforcement Actions

Magmaro may take any of the following actions in response to policy violations, with or without prior warning depending on severity:

• Removal or restriction of specific listings, files, posts, reviews or messages
• Temporary or permanent suspension of messaging features
• Revocation of creator tools, promotional access or dashboard features
• Cancellation of active promotions, ad placements or coupon campaigns
• Temporary account suspension with limited or no platform access
• Permanent account termination across all associated accounts
• Withholding, reversal or recovery of payouts tied to fraudulent or policy-violating activity
• Referral of information to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required

The severity of enforcement action is determined by the nature of the violation, its impact on affected users, its intent and the account's history of prior violations. Magmaro does not guarantee equal treatment in all edge cases, and enforcement decisions are made at the platform's discretion within the framework of these terms.

Suspension, Restriction and Termination

Magmaro may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate access to all or part of the platform where necessary to protect users, preserve marketplace integrity, respond to rights claims, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or enforce platform rules. Restrictions may apply to some or all features depending on the nature and severity of the incident.

Where an account is terminated due to a policy violation, any associated accounts identified as belonging to the same individual or entity may also be suspended to prevent ban evasion. Attempting to create a new account after termination without Magmaro's explicit approval is a violation of these terms.

Users who believe an enforcement action was made in error may contact Magmaro support to request review. Magmaro will consider appeals in good faith, but is not obligated to reverse any enforcement decision.

Governing Principles

Magmaro enforces these terms in order to maintain a marketplace that is safe, trustworthy, commercially fair and genuinely useful for creators and buyers. Rules are not applied arbitrarily — they exist to protect users from harm, preserve the integrity of commercial activity, prevent abuse and ensure that Magmaro remains a platform where creators can build sustainable businesses and buyers can purchase with confidence.

These terms do not constitute an exhaustive list of everything that is prohibited. Magmaro may take action against conduct not explicitly listed here where that conduct is, in Magmaro's reasonable judgment, harmful to users, creators, the platform or its integrity.
